ACMP Terms of Service

The materials and services maintained by and for ACMP-The Chamber Music Network (ACMP) are for the personal use of its individual Members, including those Users who have registered with ACMP for inclusion in and access to the Member directory but who receive no additional member benefits. Organizations, businesses and other group enterprises may not become Members/Users of ACMP nor use ACMP materials or services for any purpose, except with ACMP's express written consent.

Members/Users accept that their contact information will be made available to other Members/Users and agree to occasionally receive e-mail from ACMP or its Members/Users. All Member/User e-mail addresses used to receive electronic communications from ACMP will be verified according to a "confirmed opt-in process." Members/Users may change their e-mail preferences at any time by updating their online user profile. Members/Users agree not to report e-mail communications coming from ACMP as "spam" or unsolicited e-mail to third parties such as AOL or other Internet Service Providers. ACMP does not provide Member/User contact information to any parties except for ACMP Foundation supported chamber music workshops and related programs.

Members/Users may not use the website in a way that is illegal or that could damage ACMP's website, reputation, or services. In addition, Members/Users shall not use any type of automated script when interacting with the website, nor shall they optically scan or reproduce any ACMP materials without the express permission of ACMP.

When using e-mail addresses found in the ACMP Directory/Online Database, Members/Users shall address messages to one recipient only per e-mail message. All such communications shall be non-commercial and relevant to the topic of chamber music. The gathering of e-mail or postal addresses for commercial use is strictly prohibited, as is the compilation of "mailing lists" for personal use based on information taken from the ACMP Directory/Online Database.

Members/Users may maintain only one account profile at a time, and agree to be accurate and truthful when providing information to ACMP. Members/Users agree to keep such information current using the tools, online and offline, that ACMP provides for this purpose. ACMP reserves the right to edit or reject any user-submitted information for any reason. Members/Users agree not to divulge UserID and password information to any other party or person.
